Start off this new year by committing to your self care, with four seasonal appointments to stay on track with your health goals.

INITIAL WHOLE HEALTH CONSULTATION PACKAGE
TWO APPOINTMENTS INCLUDED - $150
The first 90 minute appointment includes a comprehensive clinical history and review of diagnostic lab tests to get a full picture of a person's general well being while focusing on what I call the Foundations of Health, assessing hydration, nutrition, circulation, and stress management. If indicated, I will recommend an herbal tincture formula, tea blend, or supplements as part of a personalized self care strategy.
In the second 30 minute appointment we will assess your progress on integration of your plan of care.
ACUTE CARE OR SINGLE ISSUE CONSULT
60 MINUTES - $90
This is typically a one-time appointment for acute issues that do not require long term follow up.
MENTORING SESSION
50 MINUTES - $60
If you are a practicing herbalist, this is an opportunity to access Lisa's 25 years of skills and experience to discuss complicated cases.
FOLLOW UP
15 MINUTES - $20

This is a Zoom or phone appointment to follow up on previous consultations. If you have not booked an appointment with me in the past, please do not chose this option.
If tincture formulas are indicated, I work with a highly skilled apothecary who blends tincture formulas using high quality herbs that have been ethically wildcrafted or organically grown.
If tea blends are recommended, I will provide direction for sourcing the herbs.
If supplements are part of your care plan, I offer a discounted portal to Fullscript through my website.
